Watching your dad on the dance floor is one of the funniest and yet embarrassing moments of a young adult’s life. In a way, the better the dad is at dancing and the more energy they put into it, the funnier it is to watch.
UKTV wanted to celebrate this phenomenon and so invited their viewers to upload a video with their best examples of dad dancing. The results were hilarious and the campaign grew in popularity as more videos were added.
The winner was eventually crowned from a mix of audience votes and judges decisions. We’re not sure if the winner was happy at the accolade, but their dance moves did generate a lot of smiles.
